Bel ensemble de bâtiments datant du XVIIeme siècle en pierres blanches du Quercy, avec pigeonnier et bolet intégrés, sur 7 hectares de terrain, dans une charmante petite vallée, à 4 km d’un village médiéval, tous commerces, médecin et écoles. La propriété est située aux confins du Tarn et Garonne et du Lot, et consiste en un petit hameau de plusieurs vénérables bâtiments dont une maison du XVIIeme siècle autrefois habitée par trois familles (trois éviers en pierre), avec pigeonnier et bolet intégrés, une immense grange avec écuries, un four à pain, et deux maisons à restaurer. Un lieu retiré et calme.

Beautiful hamlet of venerable buildings from the XVIIth century built of white lime stones with pigeonnier tower and bolet stairway, on a 7 Ha (about 17 acres) land, situated 2 miles from a medieval village with services and schools. The property is located in the heart of the area known informally as "Quercy Blanc". Striking bands of tender white lime, lacerated by running streams, lend the region its name. Our property is approximately equidistant from three striking medieval "bastide" towns: Lauzerte, Montcuq and Castelnau-Montratier. All are well worth a visit, and all have lively weekly markets selling the melons, strawberries, grapes, soft goat's cheeses (cabécous), duck breasts (magrets) and Cahors appellation contrôlée wines to name but a few - for which this gastronomic area is justly famous.
